But the Association CANNOT and will NOT be liable for any errors in and omissions from any of such information. We will not be responsible for this matter. The Association provides users with abundant online resources. You have understood and agreed that our service may include circulars issued by the Association, such as service announcements, administrative notes and the Association’s newsletter. These circulars are part of the Association’s services, so you can not opt out of receiving them.

Senior Citizen Home Safety Association is the copyright owner of all works on the website. The Association and other parties own the trademarks, logos and service logos displayed on the website, so you may not use any related trademarks, logos and service logos without prior written consent of the Association and persons entitled to these rights. In the event that there is any inconsistency between the Chinese and English version of this Terms of Service, the Chinese version shall prevail.
