2. Upgraded Security Function. No More Strangers’ Phone Calls.
Safety Phone 4 is equipped with a firewall to block incoming calls from numbers that are not in the phone book. This will give the elderly peace of mind that they will not receive unwanted phone calls from strangers or marketing calls.
3. Special SOS button connects to 24x7 Emergency Hotline
Safety Phone has a special SOS button. One press on the button will allow the User to talk to our Call Centre quickly, allowing prompt assistance in moments of emergency.
4. Proprietary Vigilance Service
Care-on-Call Service team can watch over the elderly vigilantly by monitoring their Safety Phone 4 (in)activity level, providing emergency burst call, and reminding the Users when their phone battery runs low. These pro-active monitoring functions enhance the safety of the Users.
5. One Phone Connects Users to Our Entire Professional Team
We have a multi-disciplinary team of registered nurses, registered social workers, and call centre staff who collectively are here to help our Users in their daily lives.
