eCare Link® APP acts like an assistant in your daily life. It can remind you (the User) when to take medicine with photos and reduce your chance of forgetting or taking the wrong medicine. The APP keeps record of your medicine taking history. You can also use the APP to request for our team to make appointments for you at Government’s medical clinics. We also provide reminder service when it is time to go to your next doctor’s appointment. eCare Link® APP can do all this and help you lead a more healthy life.

1. Take medicine punctually and correctly
eCare Link® APP reminds the Users to take their medicine and even shows the Users photos of the specific medicine they should take. The APP also keeps track of the history of whether medicine has been taken or not. This function not only helps the Users develop a good habit of taking medicine punctually, but also allows family members to find out whether the Users have taken medicine.
2. Make appointment at Outpatient Clinics
Our team can help Users book appointments at Government outpatient clinics after the Users make the request on the eCare Link® APP. We will also remind the Users when it comes time for these doctors’ appointments. We take care of the trouble so you can relax.
3. Real-time Information at Your Finger Tips
Family members can also use our eCare Link® APP to check on the Users’ location, their status in medicine taking, their next doctor’s appointment dates etc. It is easy for family members to stay abreast of their elderly’s situation without having to worry about administering the chores.

Care-on-Call Service via eCare Link® APP can watch over the elderly vigilantly by monitoring their smartphone (in)activity level, providing emergency burst call function, and reminding the Users when their smartphone battery runs low. These pro-active monitoring functions enhance the safety of the Users.

Users can seek help from our 24x7 call centre any time from their smartphones. Our team always stands by and answers the calls promptly.
